Since 2015, Advocate Makhosini Msibi, the CEO of the Road Traffic Management Corporation has been badgering on about how road traffic offences are not taken seriously by the Courts. His solution? Lock those who are arrested for road crimes up for “a minimum of seven days” and force them to make formal bail applications.
Ironically, this failed lawyer slams me as being clueless. That’s hilarious!
